Cedar Hills Crossing, formerly Beaverton Mall, is a retail shopping center in the city of Beaverton, Oregon, United States.

We are excited to announce Chicha San Chen is NOW OPEN!   Chicha San Chen is located inside the interior mall, just steps away from Powell's Books. They also have their own exterior entrance as well. Online ordering is also now available! 

With the mission of discovering the best ingredients from the beautiful island - Taiwan.  We have been dedicating ourselves to tea brewing for more than 20 years and we still keep moving forward. 

Chicha San Chen has been awarded what's referred to as the equivalent of three Michelin stars by the International Taste Institute.
