PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT PLANS
C.E. John Company, Inc. has recently completed the final stage of a major redevelopment of Beaverton Mall, upgrading, designing and repositioning the mall as Cedar Hills Crossing. Cost of the renovation exceeded $35,000,000.

Features:

3 new mall entries - 2 on the east and 1 on the west.
The addition of 6 interior restaurants.
New building facades to existing buildings along Cedar Hills Blvd. and Hocken.
40,000 sf of new retail space.
Hall Boulevard extension open between Cedar Hills Blvd. and Hocken.
New pedestrian links to the mall added from Cedar Hills Blvd., Jenkins, Hall Boulevard and Hocken.
Interior improvements throughout the mall.
