Hickory Farms is hiring for Store Team Leaders - 35 hours a week seasonal leadership position overseeing 1 Hickory Farms location. Position starts in late October and continues through end of December. Must have management experience, good communication, organization, leadership and training skills; sales experience preferred. Must be willing to work mall hours including nights and weekends. All positions require standing, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.

  • Recruit, interview, hire and train all kiosk associates.
  • Provide on-going training to all associates to maximize sales.
  • Responsible for eliminating or minimizing inventory loss.
  • Ensure that all associates including himself/herself are actively sampling and selling at all times and that budgeted sales are met or exceeded.
  • Maintains and stocks kiosk with product as needed.
  • Ensure compliance as it pertains to employee onboarding, I9 policies and workers comp policies.
